It is with great pride that I write to you as the new Head of School at Doha Academy, Salwa. I am honoured to become part of a community with such a distinguished reputation for academic excellence, strong values, and genuine care for every child.
Doha Academy Salwa serves approximately 350 students from Year 1 to Year 9, offering a blended curriculum that combines the National Curriculum for England, the Cambridge Primary Curriculum, and the Qatar National Curriculum. This approach ensures that our students benefit from an internationally recognised education while remaining firmly rooted in their cultural identity and Islamic values.
What makes Salwa truly special is its welcoming and supportive environment, where every student is known, respected, and encouraged to reach their full potential. Our mission reflects a deep commitment to nurturing both academic achievement and personal character, preparing our young people not only for future studies but also for the responsibilities and opportunities that lie beyond school.
As I begin my leadership journey here, I look forward to building strong partnerships with pupils and parents while working closely with our dedicated staff to continue advancing the vision of Doha Academy.
